A journey of NZ Wine, with Bob Campbell MW and The New Zealand Cellar

 A one-day wine course providing a thorough overview of winemaking in New Zealand with an emphasis on regional differences. This course will cover New Zealand’s winemaking history, the implementation of sustainable viticulture and pathway toward organic winemaking, the closure revolution that lead to the widespread adoption of screwcaps and the country’s rapid growth in wine production that now ranks New Zealand as the world’s 13th largest wine producer.

Bob Campbell MW is New Zealand’s leading wine educator and one of the country’s top wine critics. He has judged wine in 13 countries and is currently chairman of the New Zealand section of the Decanter World Wine Awards.
